Shop Warranty and Disclaimer 

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS AND PAYMENT

Customers who supply new or used parts or parts not provided by Dollens Auto Repair LLC will be responsible for full payment of work or service provided by Dollens Auto Repair LLC regardless if said work or service cannot be completed due to incorrect part or part malfunction. Dollens Auto repair LLC is not responsible for malfunction of parts, parts fitment or in-completed work or service due to incorrect parts even if said parts are known to be from a reputable auto parts store and full payment for labor per the estimate is required by Dollens Auto Repair LLC.

WARRANTY

Services or work completed by Dollens Auto Repair LLC are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 Days. Parts provided by Dollens Auto Repair LLC will be warrantied according to part manufacturers warranty. Parts provided by the customer will void this warranty in its entirety. No refunds will be provided for the work or services performed.
 

Estimate Agreement

By acknowledging and accepting an estimate, you agree to this initial estimate providing it is an estimate in which the cost of repairs or parts can be greater or less than the original estimate. By accepting this agreement, you agree additional parts and or labor may be required to complete original estimate. Agreement with the estimate, you give Dollens Auto Repair LLC authorization to conduct repairs or services outlined in this estimate. 

Deposits

For service or work to be performed by Dollens Auto Repair LLC or parts provided by Dollens Auto Repair LLC of three hundred dollars ($300) or more, a deposit of fifty percent (50% ) the total estimated cost will be required to be mad to Dollens Auto Repair in an approved payment method prior to the work or service being started.

Customer Parts

A customer will be charged a one time fee of $50 per estimate for providing their own new or used parts. Subject to change. Inquire for more information.

Payment Methods

Payment will be made to Dollens Auto Repair LLC in full via cash, an approved payment card, Zelle or by any other payment method determined by Dollens Auto Repair LLC upon completion of repairs or services performed by Dollens Auto Repair LLC.
